Having spent the past six years working on domestic, commercial and residential plumbing jobs, Izaak Stains has acquired a very broad plumbing skill set.
"After I finished my trade, I was fortunate enough to work on the Grand Central project in Toowoomba for the past 18 months", Izaak said.
"It was a massive site to work on, and it exposed me to all kinds of aspects of plumbing. It also set me up to go into business for myself, which is what I really wanted to do with my trade.
"As much as it is gratifying to see a large scale project come together, I really enjoy working on jobs like residential renovations. It is terrific to see people's ideas come to fruition, and the transformation in homes with well planned renovation work.
"Obviously, it also adds such value to a property as well. I have always used trusted and respected suppliers in my work. This is really not an area where it is a good idea to try and cut corners using poor quality products.
"That is why I choose suppliers like Rheem, Reece, Caroma and Bosch on my jobs. I also understand the frustration so many people have experienced waiting for a tradesman to turn up.
"We all have such busy lives, and I respect that time is valuable. That is why I offer a guarantee to my customers; if I am running late, and I don't call you to let you know, you won't pay the initial call out fee."
The emergency side of the business is par for the course. Unfortunately, not all plumbing emergencies happen at a convenient time of the day! And there are some which can't wait because they pose a risk to your safety, or your property.
"I am very happy to help in those situations. I will be covering the area from Coolum to Caloundra, and into the Hinterland," said Izaak.
Izaak has recently relocated back to the Sunshine Coast (he grew up in Maroochydore), with his partner Sheridan, and their new baby. "I have always loved the Sunshine Coast", said Izaak.
"It was a fantastic place to grow up, and I am looking forward to raising my own family here. As well, there is such incredible growth on the Coast right now. It is an exciting time for property owners, and trades people like me, who can help them to maintain and maximise their property."
