Shipping policy

• Please allow 24 hrs for online orders to process.
• Deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays incur a surcharge.
• Same day delivery. 
• Deliveries are to kerb side only. However, our drivers will do their best to deliver your materials where you specify and use their judgment to adhere to company safety policy so as not to damage any property.
• We take no responsibility for any damage that may occur above or below ground.
• All materials must be paid for in full before goods are delivered.
• Minimum 1m3 – surcharge applies for orders under this.
• We are happy to deliver a split load, but the largest amount we can split on a single load is 2m3 and 2m3 unless otherwise authorised by management.
• Goods will be delivered to the kerbside adjacent to the delivery address.
• If, at the client's request, the delivery vehicle leaves the road and enters the delivery site to unload, then it shall be the client’s responsibility to provide suitable and safe access for the delivery vehicle and you agree to indemnify the supplier and its agents for all damage and injury to any person and to any public or private property which may result, including any costs associated with enabling the delivery vehicle to leave the site.
• However, the supplier reserves the right to override the client’s instructions if in the opinion of the supplier such instructions may warrant unsafe conditions for the supplier and/or any employees of the supplier.
