These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

02. Orders

All orders are subject
to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Split loads are a maximum of 2m3 and 2m3
(up to 4m3 combined and only 2 products).

We have different size trucks to carry different loads sizes and for tight access.

Please contact our team on 07 5661 9532 for more information on trucks sizes and accessibility.

For paver and stepper orders please ensure there is someone to help unload or extra delivery fee will apply for hand unloading.

Minimum 1m3 – surcharge applies
for orders under this.

03. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD
and include applicable taxes.

We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

04. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods.

We use secure payment gateways to
protect your payment information.

05. Deliveries

We offer deliveries to the
entire Sunshine Coast.

Delivery costs and times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Deliveries are to kerb side only, however our drivers will do their utmost to deliver your materials where you specify and use their judgment to adhere to company safety policy so as not to damage any property.


We take no responsibility for any damage that may occur above or below ground. All materials must be paid for in full before goods are delivered.

06. Returns & Refunds

At Coastal Landscape Supplies, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. For this reason, we ask you to consider your purchase carefully and if possible for you to view the product in our yard.

As these products are natural resources, materials can vary from load to load. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or if you have selected the wrong product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to talk in person and try to help you out.

Eligibility for Returns

All yard products, pavers and bagged goods are not eligible for returns unless authorised by management.

Refunds

Cancelled orders need to be requested 4 hrs prior to delivery time. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping
costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject
to Management approval.

07. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately on 07 5661 9532 or email accounts@coastallandscape.com.au

Proof of purchase will be required, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Coastal Landscape Supplies and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

09. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
